AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE PLACEMENT OF A
MONUMENT ON THE STATE CAPITOL GROUNDS IN RECOGNITION
AND HONOR OF MAURICE LEE “FOOTSIE” BRITT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

The Foundation for Arkansas Heritage and History (FAHH) will serve as the repository for donations to the Maurice Lee “Footsie” Britt Memorial Trust Fund.
